I was so excited to shop in Chicago the other weekend to be able to go to some of the stores that we don't have here in Iowa... which is a lot. Stores like Zara, H&M, Madewell, J.Crew, Kate Spade, Macy's, Bloomingdales, and the list goes on... I was in shopping heaven :) I decided to put together a list of items that were my favorite purchases from my trip. Hope you enjoy!
1 Zara Wide Heel Sandals // You guys, these shoes are amazing. They are super comfy due to the wide heel and even though they are full of pattern they go with everything!
2 H&M Sheer Blouse {similar} // I couldn't find this online but they had them all of the store. It is such a cheap blouse but I know I will get a lot of use out it this summer.
3 Chanel Perfect Lumiere Foundation // This foundation is amazing. I went into Macy's interested in the Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Foundation and the makeup artist recommended this version since it would be more moisturizing for my face. I wore it the rest of the day and even through all of the walking and being outdoors it lasted and looked amazing that night. I knew I had to get it even with the higher pricetag than I'm used to. I will say, I will be saving money with this foundation because I won't be spending $13 here and there for drugstore foundations that I will end up throwing away. Money well spent!
4 Forever 21 Fringe Necklace {similar} // This was the best find! My bestie, Steph, is the best at finding cute jewelry in stores like Forever 21 where it can be kind of overwhelming to look at accessories. She found this gem amongst the chaos and we both ended up getting it. Hers broke the first time she wore it back home... but that's nothing new with F21 jewelry, amiright?
5 Kate Spade Outlet Bow Bangle {similar} // This was my first Kate Spade purchase! Technically, the outlet, but it still counts right? I love this gold bow bangle, I think it is something that will be a staple in my accessories for a long time.
6 Kate Spade Twirl Perfume // Omigosh, you guys. This perfume is amazing! I actually had the Prada Infusion d' Iris on my wishlist for quite some time but when I actually ended up smelling it this weekend, I wasn't that impressed. Instead, I fell in love with Twirl and haven't looked back.
7 Zara Bermudas for Boys // I got these cute mint bermudas for Quinlan. They were so cute! He needs a souvenir... dur!
8 Makeup Forever Shadow Pencil {Pearly Taupe} // I saw this shadow pencil used in Pink Pistachio's makeup tutorials. I decided to try it out and I really like it!
