I have been loving some of Forever21's new arrivals! Even though it is still January, I am totally thinking bright colors and spring outfits. I know I'm kinda ahead of the game {there's a first for everything :)} but I need something to brighten up these grey days! Anyone else loving the bright colors {and pastels} lately?
